Through Strex, Kevin obtains ownership of the Gym, turns it partly into his own lil radio station, and hands out the Bluff Badge to trainers that beat him*

_{*Trainers then need to make a mad dash out of the gym and out of the city should they be snatched away and subjected to re-education for being mean to Kevin.}
